Doswell was founded in 2005 as a spin-out from the Drew Smith Group, established to pursue distinctive development opportunities outside the Group’s main business. Today, we operate as a privately owned SME focused on building high-quality homes and sustainable communities. Alongside our work as a housebuilder, we act as contractor for housing associations and local councils, promote land for residential development, and deliver low-carbon retrofit schemes. While the scope of our work has grown, our approach remains rooted in quality, reliability, and long-term thinking.
