Dopl Technologies, founded in 2022, leverages robotics, AI, and remote clinical expertise to bring high-quality diagnostic ultrasound to patients who need it most, regardless of where they live. Headquartered in Bothell, Washington, Dopl develops the technology that connects expert clinicians to patients anywhere. The company is building a distributed care platform that will enable sonographers to remotely perform diagnostic ultrasound exams for patients on demand across multiple sites. This is often in rural communities where access to specialized care has been historically limited. Dopl has completed FDA pre-submission engagement, established a 510(k) regulatory pathway, and developed patented technology. The company is now pursuing FDA clearance for its product ecosystem, which includes Traverse™, a remote robotic ultrasound system; Dopl Connect™, a secure connectivity and data platform; and SonoFlex™, a distributed clinical workforce and workflow management solution. Dopl's current service offering, CareBridge, connects credentialed sonographers to patients at the point of care, closing an access gap that affects more than 50 million people in the United States alone. Dopl is trusted by a number of critical access hospitals across Washington State.
