Porters use an offline-first English and Spanish mobile app. Photo evidence, geofence verification, completeness checks, and automatic exception detection surface incomplete service before a property manager has to ask. Property managers receive branded morning reports and free portal access. Residents can connect by QR code for schedules, reminders, live collection status, and issue reporting.
