Doorline is the daily operating dashboard + debt room for multifamily owner-operators. Upload the reports you already run — any PMS, any bank — and it briefs you by 6am: cash, collections, delinquency, DSCR, and every loan, with balances, escrow, and payoff estimates labeled statement vs. derived. I built it for myself first. I self-manage 203 units across the Twin Cities, and my mornings used to start with five logins; my refis started with two weeks of statement archaeology. Now both take minutes. Along the way it found ~$54K/yr of over-funded escrow on one of my own loans — my servicer never called. Opening it to a small group of founding operators now.
