We work with software companies to figure out what to build, make it, put it in front of real users, and keep improving it. Our team covers product, design, and engineering. We use agents where they help us move faster, but people stay responsible for the decisions and the quality of the work. We also build our own products. That means we deal with the same trade-offs as our clients, and we can bring what we learn from one side into the other. We usually work with B2B software companies that already have a product in the market. The best fit is a project that matters but keeps losing momentum because everyone involved already has a full plate.
