If the insurance company won’t make a fair offer, vetted lawyers in Mighty's network bid to take the case charging less than the industry standard 33.3% rate. Mighty is free for consumers. There is no contingency fee. Users keep 100% of what they settle for. Most personal injury cases settle before a lawsuit is ever filed. The work of getting to that settlement is paperwork: gathering records, building a case file, submitting demands, pushing back on lowball offers.
