360RealEstate.pt started out as a Real Estate Marketing company (360tours.pt), who provided our services to other Real Estate Agents and Property Management companies in the Algarve, Portugal. Since then we have obtained our Real Estate Mediation Licence from Instituto dos Mercados Públicos do Imobiliário e da Construção (IMPIC, I.P.) who regulate the Real Estate industry here in Portugal. Why did we do this you may ask? We offered a wide range of marketing techniques that other agencies were not using previously, so why not offer them all directly to you. This makes properties easier to find and gives potential buyers a better overview of the property, which not only saves time but ensures only seriously interested parties take it to that next step.
