The Norwegian Courts Administration (NCA) administers the ordinary courts and the land consolidation courts. This means The Supreme Court, 6 courts of appeal, 23 district courts and 19 land consolidation courts. The NCA’s purpose is to enable the courts to deal with challenges presented before them.
