WIGAN WARRIORS STRIVE TO BE AT THE FOREFRONT IN THE SPORT OF RUGBY LEAGUE AND OUR PERFORMANCE AND EDUCATION ACADEMY IS NO EXCEPTION TO THE RULE. The Wigan Warriors Education Academy provides an exciting opportunity for both mainstream Sports Students and talented Rugby League players who wish to study towards a career in Sport. The Wigan Warriors Education Academy also has a successful Adult Education programme, providing funded level 2 qualifications in various subjects gym based, classroom and online. Our courses are delivered by highly qualified and experienced lecturers, with guest speaker and master class sessions delivered throughout the academic year by club backroom staff. Topics covered link directly to industry careers, such as ‘Physiotherapy, Strength & Conditioning, Sports Coaching, Sports & Player Analysis, Training Techniques and many more. Embedded within all programmes of study, our students will develop and enhance their English and Maths skills through specialist lessons. Consistent with the club ethos, the Academy prides its self on cultivating a winning attitude and enabling students to achieve the highest levels possible.

Warrington Wolves
The Warrington Wolves are a professional rugby league football club in the town of Warrington, Cheshire in England. They compete in Super League, Europe's top-level rugby league competition. Their colours are primrose (light yellow) and blue, though white has often featured on the home shirt. Warrington have lifted many of the major rugby league trophies, including the Challenge Cup in August, 2009. This was their first major honour since 1974 when they last lifted the Challenge Cup. Their last major cup final appearance prior to this was in 1990 against local rivals Wigan. Warrington is one of the original twenty-two rugby clubs that formed the Northern Rugby Football Union in 1895, making them one of the world's first rugby league teams. In the past the club have been nicknamed "The Wire" or "Wires", in reference to the strength of the wire-pulling industry in Warrington. They previously played at the traditional ground of Wilderspool, but have since moved to the Halliwell Jones Stadium. They are the only club in the history of the sport in England to play every one of their seasons in the top flight.

St. Helens Rugby Football Club is a globally recognised professional Rugby League club based in St. Helens, Merseyside, which was founded in 1873 and plays in the Super League. Nicknamed the 'Saints', the club is one of the oldest members of the Rugby Football League - in 1895 the club were one of 22 clubs that resigned from the Rugby Football Union and established the Northern Union. One of the greatest ever games the sport has witnessed. We became 2021 Challenge Cup Winners at Wembley with a 26 - 12 victory over Castleford Tigers St. Helens R.F.C. was situated at its former ground Knowsley Road from 1890 until 2010 and, following a season on the road in Widnes, moved into a state-of-the-art new 18,000 capacity stadium in early 2012. The fabulous new stadium is the premier venue for conferences and events in the area. The versatility of its function rooms means the Totally Wicked Stadium can accommodate from 2 to 400 people and up to 1,000 people in matchday hospitality.
