DokuDok drafts the clinical note from the conversation with the patient. You review and approve it, and the note is copied into the EHR you already use. DokuDok works with leading Danish EHR systems such as xMedicus, Novax, Vena, EG Clinea, EG WinPLC and CGM XMO, and with every other system on the market, because the note is copied across. Built for Danish general practice: SOAP notes following DSAM, referrals that meet regional requirements, medical certificates and fee codes. Notes are written in Danish, with dedicated templates for psychiatry, cardiology and other specialties. DokuDok learns your writing style. When the same correction comes up again, it becomes a rule you can see, edit and delete.
