Marrung-Ta is a professional recruitment/training company who specialise in the Indigenous people providing them with support in terms of training, employment, health issues, mentoring & monitoring. Marrung-ta’s main focus is to provide employment opportunities for Aboriginal people and reduce the high rate of Indigenous unemployment within their communities. We focus on the need of each individual by offering training and support to build their confidence & self-esteem up to a ‘can do’ attitude. We help with interview processes, resume updating and give them a direction to their right career paths. We can also assist businesses fulfill any Reconciliation Action Plans, Indigenous Policies or Aboriginal Employment Strategies if they implements them. Marrung-ta aims to be a leading force in training, skilling, cultural considerations and ultimately, employment of Aboriginal people in Australia therefore, "closing the gap".
