DoD-SkillBridge Information

DoD-SkillBridge is an independent LinkedIn community resource that helps transitioning service members find approved SkillBridge providers and helps employers reach the military transition audience. We are not the official DoD SkillBridge program. We do not authorize providers or manage participation requests. Authorization for any SkillBridge provider can be verified through the Department of Defense directly. What we do here: -Surface real opportunities. We regularly publish SkillBridge employers from our community who are actively hiring, with the contact information they asked us to share -Spotlight employers worth knowing -Help service members evaluate programs. We share frameworks for vetting a SkillBridge host: who owns it internally, what the conversion rate actually is, whether the role is defined before you start. -Build a community where service members, hiring managers, and program owners learn from each other in the comments.
