DocWolves is committed to respecting strict confidentiality with regard to all user information and documentation DocWolves takes cognizance of. This also applies to any person employed by DocWolves for the benefit of realizing this collaboration. This confidentiality is also observed with regard to all other information that DocWolves, or any person employed by DocWolves for the benefit of realizing this collaboration, assumes, within reason, to be of a confidential nature. Source documents are and remain entirely, and without reservations, the intellectual property of the user. DocWolves does not gain any ownership or any right to (commercial) use of the stored data. OurMeeting meets the IT security guidelines for web applications set by the National Cyber Security Centre (part of the Ministry of Security and Justice). An 'in control' statement is available. OurMeeting meets the tender requirements set by De Nederlandsche Bank for Saas services. In June 2015, at the latest, OurMeeting will be ISO-27001:2013 certified. The guidelines and control measures of ISO-27002 have also been implemented. If required by one or more clients, certification according to SAS70, NEN7510 and Cobit is also possible. In case of user side downtime, we offer to assist in drafting and/or sending of urgent information. We immediately inform the user in case of unauthorized and/or undesired access attempts into the user environment. We offer, moreover, all our support in the investigation to find the people responsible.
