I am writing to give you personally my sincere appreciation for your unfaltering support, flexibility, planning and can do attitude that made the deployment of our police officers to Rosyth run seamlessly and for the excellent accommodation that you and your company provided for us. The Flats and the pods that our officers were accommodated in were immaculate comfortable and extremely well presented on our arrival so please can you thank you hard working domestic staff for that. Over the years we have stayed in many hotels etc and I can honestly say that none of them come close to the service that you and your company provided for us during our stay. Due to the ever-changing programme, your willingness to change your room availability to accommodate our delayed departure is something that we gratefully appreciated and was something less to worry about. The work that we were doing was at times very demanding requiring us to work long hours, day and night and it was always reassuring to know that we had a clean and comfortable room to come back to.
