Dobson & Associates Information

Dobson & Associates prides itself in being much more than an IT recruiting firm. We also provide (through our extensive network of participating companies) IT Consulting Services, Business Leadership Training, Management Training, Effective Communications Training, and Team Building Methodologies. David has built an excellent reputation for not only recruiting, but also as a Management Trainer, Team Builder and Business Advisor. He has been invited to speak as a guest lecturer and motivational speaker numerous times during his professional career, and has held several senior management positions for key Client Companies seeking to take their businesses to the next level. What sets us apart is our philosophy that we are a RESOURCE for our Client Companies and professional Candidates. We are not just "Headhunters" with a national presence, we are advisors, educators and a support group for all those with which we work. We are business people who understand how to serve business, its needs and how IT Technology intertwines to improve our Client Company's performance and profitability. We also realize that we are in the business of building careers, not just companies. This means that everything we do impacts our Candidates who are seeking other opportunities and their families. Quality of job and life is key, and we take this very seriously. Call us or E-mail us, and let us know how we can help you! Visit the following site for further information on David Dobson:
