Dobrin Properties Information

Dobrin Properties is a locally owned company that does acquisitions, residential single-family and multi-family construction, and property management. Dobrin specializes in young professional and off-campus student housing in a minimal geographic footprint in Richmond, VA, so we don't have much "windshield time." We love the neighborhoods in which we work — Carver, Jackson Ward, Randolph, and Oregon Hill. We're active in community organizations and neighborhood groups and give back to our city in every way we can. We genuinely are neighbors helping neighborhoods.
