Dobosz Law Offices, P.C. was established in May of 2010. After practicing in the Elgin Illinois area, Glen T. Dobosz opened his own law office with daughter Dana N. Dobosz. Glen concentrates his practice in individual and business tax planning, including return preparation, estate and gift tax planning, drafting wills and trusts, estate and trust administrations, IRS audits, and the day to day business issues which arise for small, medium, and large business owners. Glen is both an attorney and certified public accountant. He has been selected by his peers as a Leading Lawyer in individual tax law. Glen also holds an AV rating, the highest accolade in Martindale-Hubbell. An AV rating signifies his legal abilities are of the very highest standard and that his professional ethics are unquestioned. Glen also teaches taxation at Elgin Community College in the paralegal and accounting department. Dana has returned home to practice law with her father after graduating from Valparaiso University School of Law. While studying at Valparaiso, she was on the negotiation team and was a study lawyer for the Valparaiso University School of Law's legal clinic. She attended the nationally recognized Heckerling Estate Planning Institute in Orlando for two years: 2011 and 2012. Dana is a member of the Illinois Bar Association, Dynamic Professional Women's Network (the Elgin/South Elgin Chapter), and is a member of the Kane County Chamber of Commerce and Business Power Connections. Dobosz Law Offices, P.C. is now expanding to a whole new and different level. Dana is handling matters dealing in civil litigation, real estate (commercial and residential), and also will deal in the area of matrimonial issues.
