Do It Better is an independent operating model and transformation consultancy helping organisations improve how they operate, govern and deliver change. Founded in 2019, we support organisations facing complex transformation challenges through experienced consultants, associates and specialist partners. Our belief is simple: most organisations don't struggle because they lack ambition. They struggle because the way they operate no longer supports what they're trying to achieve. That's where we help. Our core capabilities span Operating Model Design, Programme Discovery, Programme Stabilisation & Governance, and AI Operational Efficiency. We consider the whole organisation – people, processes, governance, data and technology – to identify what's getting in the way and create practical ways to improve. Our experience spans central and local government, defence, housing, utilities, technology and the private sector. We've supported organisations including the Government Property Agency, Vehicle Certification Agency, OFWAT and Glasgow City Region. Our work includes designing Target Operating Models, establishing portfolio governance, stabilising complex digital transformations, undertaking strategic discovery and leading multi-million-pound, multi-partner programmes. We combine strategic thinking with practical delivery experience. We don't produce strategies or operating models that simply sit on a shelf. We create solutions that can be implemented, adopted and sustained. Technology alone doesn't transform an organisation.
