Tax Services We are able to register and maintain your company’s requirements for PAYE, UIF, VAT and Income Tax, as well as all personal tax matters. CIPC Services We are able to act on your behalf for all CIPC compliance requirements including submission of Annual Returns, Memorandum of Incorporation amendments, company registrations, change of auditors/accounting officers, change of directors and other company information. Book-keeping and Accounts Independent reviews, Annual Financial Statements compilation, management accounts, asset management and maintenance of accounting records. Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) Manual Some CCs and Companies are now required under Section 51 of the Act to have a PAIA manual in place. We are able to offer a comprehensive service including initial consultation, creation of PAIA Manual and Submission to the SAHRC. BBBEE Affidavits and Scorecards We are able to draft BBBEE Affidavits for micro-enterprises or work with larger business to complete BBBEE scorecards.
