DnA Controlled Inspections, Ltd. Our experience includes extensive work in large scale projects and occupied in-use buildings and facilities. Founded in 2010, DnA Controlled Inspections, Ltd. (DnA) is a full-service engineering firm that is recognized throughout the New York City development and construction industries for excellence in performing design, special inspection and material testing. We are accredited through the International Accreditation Service (IAS) and are recognized as a Class 1 SIA from the NYC Department of Buildings. We are also certified as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) by NYC, NYS, NY/NJ Port Authority and Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC). Schools, Developers, Construction Managers, Design Professionals, Contractors, Expediters, and Owner's Representatives have hired DnA to assist with consulting, engineering, inspection and testing needs. We provide comprehensive engineering reports in a timely fashion that itemize issues and assign responsibility.
