Established for over 30 years with much of our business gained through referral DMS Plastics is here to meet all your vacuum forming requirements. We have a vast knowledge of raw materials and processes and can offer a range of forming processes including: Vacuum forming, pressure forming, twin sheet moulding and drape forming. We can form parts up to 3000mm x 2000mm. Trimming components with the highest degree of accuracy using our 5 axis CNC routers. This is all done in-house and enables us to control the finish without compromising quiality and timescales. We have invested in a comprehensive tooling facility, with the ability to manufacture male and female format thermoforming tools. We can also manage the production of the associated 5 axis CNC programmes and fixtures and any relevant assembly jigs. We mould on a wide range of materials including: ABS, Styrene, Polycarbonate, Aeroform, PPSU, Kydex T - 100, 55/55, 65/55, FST, Boltaron - 4330, 4800, 9815D, 9915FSTH, Lexan F6000, Europlex F3, F6, F7, Ultem and Acrylic. We have served the following industries: Aerospace, Agricultural, Automotive, Construction, Defence & Security, Caravan Industry, Gaming, Mobile Appliances and Telecommunications.
