David Markovich, Jr., Physical Therapist, Certified MDT (Search My Personal LinkedIn Page) I am Canadian (Ontario) born and a native of Buffalo, NY. I am a 1995 graduate of the accredited Physical Therapy program from Daemen College in Amherst, NY. In 2003, I earned the McKenzie Method/Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy® (MDT) certification. In 2010, I completed my training and certification in Electromyography Studies (EMG) and Nerve Conduction Velocity Studies (NCV). My PT experience now spans 25 years treating patients with a diverse array of medical and orthopedic conditions while serving in various clinical settings within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. My experience spans 25 years treating diverse issues such as: Spine, Joint, and Soft Tissue injuries; post-surgical Joint Replacement rehab; chronic Neck and Back pain/injury; General post-op rehab; Sports injury rehab/prevention; general Physical Weakness; Gait/Balance difficulty; Home-Fall prevention; On-The-Job injury rehab; Job-Specific retraining; Science-Based fitness education and strength training. Whether I see a client for a one-time consultation and treatment or a longer course of action, I make sure my clients play an active role in their recovery and training. I empower and educate them to discover how they can continue to heal themselves after our time together ends.
