Established in 1976 DMA are a multi disciplinary firm of commercial property consultants. We provide a wide variety of property services including lease advisory i.e. Landlord and Tenant advice on rent reviews and lease renewals, commercial property agency services in relation to lettings, disposals and acquisitions, for occupation and investment, as well as valuations and rating advice on a wide range of properties. Although we are best known for our work relating to retail property we also are very active in the office and industrial property markets. Our head office is situated a short distance from Oxford Circus in the West End of London and we also have an office in Nottingham. We deal with instructions nationwide. Our clients include a variety of Landlords and Tenants including Toni & Guy, Rigby & Peller, Tesco, Sainsburys, Bestway and Dorrington Properties.
