DM plc, A marketing group specialising in customer recruitment and database management. DM plc, a marketing group based in Ross on Wye was formed in 2004 by Chairman Adrian John Williams. The Group specialises in customer recruitment and database management. Historically our activities have included customer recruitment via marketing mailings. These activities have been complemented and enhanced in recent years by the group’s expansion in the consumer lifestyle data and marketing sector. The Group is now a multi-channel business and a major player in online and offline lead generation across a wide range of media, underpinned by a strong and growing customer base. The company has two divisions. The Customer Recruitment Division designs promotes and distributes a proprietary range of response orientated online and telephone surveys. This brings in new customers, which are added to the Group’s database where they are communicated with. The Database Management Division manages a database of over 20 million customers, which is the largest response database in the UK, giving DM plc unparalleled access to telephone and email data.
