A hidden gem at the heart of Manchester’s creative Northern Quarter, Manchester Craft & Design Centre is a not-for-profit social enterprise and the independent incubator venue for craft and design businesses in the North West. We support talented designer-makers to start up and develop successful craft businesses by delivering training, supporting new talent, offering sales and exhibition opportunities, and providing affordable studio and retail space. Our 18 unique studios are open to the public six days a week and are home to over 30 talented designer-makers who create and sell their handmade work here in the centre, alongside our on-site cafe and exciting programme of workshops, exhibitions and events.
