Division XP Information

Our warranty voids and replaces the manufacturer's warranty at your request on your first repair and covers manufacturing defects and operational malfunctions occuring after normal use as determined by Division XP. This means that you will benefit from rapid turnaround time on warranty repairs thanks to our expertise and stock of replacement parts. If you prefer use the manufacturer's legal warranty instead, we would be happy to either contact the manufacturer on your behalf or provide you with contact details. Division XP will not however accept liability for any refusals, delays or additional costs on the part of a third party. Since the majority of manufacturers are located in Asia, the cost of transport alone may not make warranty arrangements economically feasible. After the warranty period, repairs will be accepted along with proof of purchase from our website or our shop. Labor cost for repairs is $10+TX/10 minutes with a minimum repair time of 10 minutes. In order to ensure that the items you receive are fully functional, all replicas, markers and electronic devices are tested prior to shipping. Pressure containers such as gas magazines are also tested for leakage. You can request that your order not be tested or manipulated prior to shipping while checking out, however we will not be able to offer our warranty on these items. Articles must be used according to the manufacturer's and shop's recommendations, with appropriate accessories and within the parameters of normal usage. Blank firing (shooting without ammunition) or prolonged automatic fire for example puts unneccessary stress on replicas and invalidates the warranty. Pressurized containers such as gas magazines and bottles are sensitive items and are tested for leaks after purchase, but any subsequent leaks are not warrantied. Any part or accessory whose compatibility cannot be verified at the time of purchase is not warrantied, exchangable or reimbursable if subsequently found to be incompatible, including but not limited to magazines, ...
