So, when the dynamic Mr. Jaysinh Rukhana lay the first brick of Sreeniwas Enterprises in 1975, he set out to create not just properties and townships but one such community built on lasting bonds. The legacy left behind by this first generation entrepreneur and visionary is ably shouldered by his son Mr. Ketan Rukhana and grandson Mr. Harsh Rukhana, who not only nurture what has been built in the past, but also have an eye on the future.
