The Dive-Ops philosophy begins with focus. We believe the most important task is the one being performed in the water, by one of our divers. All planning, procedures, tools and equipment are a means of getting that one task done safely and efficiently. Everything supports the diver at the end of the umbilical, and getting that one task completed. Dive-Ops was founded on the idea that a different approach is needed in an industry facing real economic challenges. Our goal is to provide the most able, experienced crews possible, while maximizing value to our clients. Dive-Ops was founded in January 2017, built upon decades of diving, and project management experience. Our core values include integrity, focus, and a firm belief in team oriented strategies that ensure the safe and efficient completion of projects.
