Divamar Plc. (*limited company) is founded in 2003. The majority owners of the company are Mr. Kiril Zahariev and Mr. George Dereliev. Since starting of the business, the position of Executive Director is taken by Mr. George Dereliev. From its very start until present Divamar Plc. has provided shipping agency services to 1402 vessels in ports of Bourgas, Varna and Rousse. Majority part of these vessels are carriers of general and bulk cargoes, deadweight 1000 to 150000 tons, but the list also includes tankers for chemicals and other special vessels. In 2003-2016 period Divamar Plc. has provided forwarding and customs clearance services for imported and exported goods via Bulgarian ports totaling: - bulk cargoes, import/export (coal, Fe, Cu, Zn, baryte concentrates, salt, etc) = total abt 7500000 tons- general cargoes, import/export (metals in reels, slabs, quadrangle, pipes, rails, sheet, scrap ; project cargo ; packed goods on pallets ; big bags ; military products ; containers ; wood) = total abt 5200000 tons - liquid cargoes, import/export (diesel fuel, coke benzol, orthoxylol, etc) = total abt 250000 tons Due to the nature of their activities, the management and all the employees of Divamar Plc. are keeping excellent daily-based contacts with the customs offices located in all Bulgarian ports. Up to this moment, due to highly professional implementation of its daily work, the company has excellent reputation and there are no records of any breaches of any regulations in relation with customs or any other authorities. Due to latter, Divamar Plc. is also considered as highly reputable business partner by all other state bodies involved in the control of port operations, such as Marine Administration, Pilot Station, Towing Boat Companies and so forth.
