Our management team has over 100 years in local law enforcement, federal law enforcement, security, military, and investigative, both in the public sector and private sector. As a relatively new company, our command staff is not inexperienced nor unaware to opportunities that exist in our profession. District was made to rectify the issues that the command staff has experienced in the decades of service in our own respective fields. Our guards are treated with respect and given all the tools and training possible. In short, we work to retain quality and have many different opportunities to grow into. This allows attraction to high potential candidates that would not be otherwise interested in the private security industry.
