Additionally we can boast to understand the European Channel/Distribution landscape intimately as some of our staff have held senior positions at a European level of major global disti’s in the last years. Our staff were instrumental in shaping many a major IT companies European go-to-market strategy in conjunction with certain distributors in recent years. Additionally, all our staff have a proven track record of making the difference in all the positions historically held. Smelling a business opportunity, we decided to set up our own consultancy operation with the key focus of designing and executing on highly effective business development and marketing strategies to help our clients enter identified markets in the region (Europe, Middle East & Africa). Through our extensive network of, and relationships with, key players in the market place, as well as understanding the key dynamics and ‘politics’ involved when connecting vendors to e.g. distribution, VARs, system houses etc, we are able to significantly speed up the go-to-market time and effectiveness of execution.
