Dissolve is dedicated to a single purpose – low cost company liquidation. Dissolve was created to provide a fast, professional and cost efficient liquidation service. It was created by Cliff Sanderson in 2008. Cliff saw that company liquidation was an area of professional practice lacking a genuinely specialist service provider. It was an area most commonly serviced by the insolvency divisions of large accounting firms or specialist insolvency firms and each had a problem: - Large accounting firms have other service lines as their primary service, such as audit or tax, and so had significant overhead structures; - Specialist insolvency firms pursue medium to large insolvency appointments and inevitably develop a high overhead structure whilst lacking efficiency. Dissolve is able provide "same day"​ appointments and turnaround times significantly faster than other insolvency specialists.
