Disruptive Pharma is a Swedish pharmaceutical technology company developing Formulite®, a patented and clinically evaluated bioavailability platform designed to improve the performance of oral drug products. The company is listed on Nasdaq First North Growth Market Stockholm. Formulite® addresses challenges related to poor solubility, limited oral bioavailability and other formulation-related properties that may affect dosing, patient adherence, manufacturing and the commercial potential of a drug product. The aim is to contribute to the development of new and improved drug products. Disruptive Pharma’s core strategy is to commercialize Formulite® through partnerships, development projects and licensing agreements with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. In parallel, the company is establishing strategic collaborations with contract development and manufacturing organizations, CDMOs, to enable broader industrial use of Formulite®. In 2025, the first clinical study of a Formulite®-based formulation was completed. The study generated clinical data on safety and tolerability and represents an important validation of the platform in humans.
