DisputEd provides a full range of conflict prevention, intervention and management services focused on the workplace and interpersonal issues to both large and small businesses, non-profits, and government agencies. The founder and president, Ericka B. Gray has been providing management consulting, conflict management, mediation, training and conflict consulting services since 1985. She holds Advanced Practitioner status in both Workplace and Family Mediation with the Association for Conflict Resoltution and was an appointed member of the Trial Court's Standing Committee on Dispute Resolution from 2005 to 2007. Ms. Gray’s experience covers a broad range of issues and clients. She consults to corporations to provide conflict intervention, training, and dispute resolution systems design services relating to interpersonal and workplace issues and is experienced in mediating disputes involving business, business dissolution, contract, securities and financial, health care, family, trust and estate issues. She has served or currently serves on mediation panels for the U.S. EEOC, Insight Partners, Inc., FINRA, National Mediation Services, the U.S. Department of Justice’s ADA Program, and many others.
