Pick-and-pack expertise for the e-commerce industry 150 000 parcels per day Dispeo is specifically designed to meet the essential needs of e-commerce, namely: speed, reliability, cost and volumes. With 145,000m² of warehousing facilities, including the brand new 40,000m² centre in Hem, Dispeo has a total storage capacity of over 1 million box spaces and can handle an average of 80 million items per year, the equivalent of 150,000 parcels per day. The parcels are prepared in Hem before being set aside for the client’s carrier company, for example Mondial Relay, another subsidiary of Groupe 3SI offering home or Points Relais® parcel delivery services. A flexible and global solution for the full supply chain To accompany their considerable experience in BtoC supply chain logistics, Groupe 3SI has introduced a new system in the Metropolitan Lille Urban Community in the north of France. Dispeo, which is open to all e-commerce activities, comprehensively addresses the various needs of the supply chain: international transport from supply sources, goods reception and quality control, warehousing, order preparation, carrier handover and customer returns processing. At the heart of the Hem Dispeo logistical system, France’s largest order-processing centre for e-commerce companies: 8 items per second With a surface area of 40,000m², the new centre at Hem will operate 6 days a week in line with the buying habits of online shoppers, while the unique automated processing system means orders can be prepared in just two hours, with 400,000 items dispatched each day, the equivalent of 8 per second. Tailor-made for e-commerce activities From storage to the flow transit zone and sorting equipment, everything has been designed for fast, reliable, high-capacity processing in line with the group’s centralization policy.
