DISPATCH TRANSPORTATION LLC is a team of Experienced & Professional Individuals having years of experience in carrier management. We shortlist and manage reliable carriers/truckers for the top loads in various set lanes that we regularly receive from our vast network of shippers & brokers along with a couple of load boards we run. Our dedicated Account Managers with their team of dispatchers share the best freights with their assigned carriers to choose from. They also handle written and verbal communication with the shippers and brokers in regard to carrier packet setups, load status updates, roadside assistance, change of plans, traffic delays, weather delays, trip planning, fuel advances, and any additional paperwork on the carrier's behalf, etc. Matters like detention pay requests, TONU (Truck Order Not Used), and layovers become our responsibility. Invoicing, load factoring, record keeping, payment settlements, and dispatching the fleet get taken care of by the same dedicated account manager and his team of dispatchers.
