Founded in 1997, Discovery Group is a Property Investment & Development Company based in Central and Eastern Europe. Our focus is on major mixed use projects - Shopping Centers, Retail Parks, Office and Industrial Projects. Our core markets are Czech Republic and Slovakia. Our strategy is to combine investment and development activity to secure maximum returns. We often work in conjunction with institutional financial partners, private clients and family offices. With an accomplished management team with over 20 years CEE experience, Discovery has a significant track record in managing risk successfully in the CEE market environment as investors, developers and asset managers. We strive to get the strategy right at the concept stage, leveraging our experience to manage downside risk and ensure we deliver well executed projects at above market returns.
