This values-based, or the "Spirit of the Game," approach has guided the agency and defines the organizational culture. DiscNW is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Seattle. We run Ultimate Frisbee leagues, tournaments, camps, and clinics throughout the year. Our focus is on coed recreational play and youth ultimate, and we offer financial assistance for youth players, so they can focus on playing, not paying.
