Directors Chambers Information

Directors Chambers is group of high-calibre professionals who serve as non-executive directors, investment committee members, compliance officers and MLROs within the global financial services industry. Our professionals come from a variety of backgrounds, thus presenting a choice of expertise. All are subject to a Code of Conduct promising integrity and adequate time commitment to add value in critical roles. We strive to promote proper corporate and fund governance in Malta and as a testimony of this we cooperate with the Malta Financial Services Authority in organising a 'continuing professional development' courses.
