Direct IME Corp. (“Direct IME”) provides a portfolio of Independent Medical Examination and Review Services for a range of insurance lines including auto (accident benefits), bodily injury, disability, workers' compensation, and federal insurance programs, as well as providing services to employers and the legal community. Direct IME’s service portfolio includes Independent Medical Examinations (IME), Peer Review, Bill Review Services, and Diagnostic Testing. Direct IME's examinations and file reviews performed by credentialed physicians are objective, evidence-based reports,which enable clients to make critical claims decisions, facilitate claims negotiations, settle disputes, determine causality, current and future care needs, and optimize success of return to work/activities of daily living planning, depending on the individual circumstances. Direct IME has an enterprise-wide account team to provide service to all of their clients. The team is composed of intake personnel, clinical co-ordinators, financial, and clerical personnel. Information flow is managed through a secure virtual private cloud-based network and proprietary information management system.
