Direct Connect Coaching Information

Direct Connect Coaching specializes in the direct connection of inspiration and empowerment for individuals and groups. As a Leadership and Empowerment Coach for well over thirteen years, founder, Cecelia "Fi" Mazanke shows clients how to create optimal results in business and in life and to experience a more passionate and purposeful lifestyle. Through individual coaching, team events and keynote messages, Fi is genuine and honest in her approach and has a reputation for building rapport and earning trust quickly. These are qualities that allow a direct connection for individuals and groups to occur naturally. Having a mastery level certification in both coaching and the Birkman Method, Fi uses both experience and the wisdom of targeting the strengths of her clients to support them in achieving peak performance. The Birkman analysis is a tool that is used for each client who enrolls in the coaching process, creating increased self awareness. It is also valuable for anyone in a leadership role, as it takes the guess work out of managing people, thus targeting their strongest skill sets. Are you feeling like there is something more for you in the game of life? Are you ready to take a bold introspective step in being aligned with your dreams? Are you looking to transition into a new career or enhance your current career? Do you want to have more passion and purpose in your life? Do you want your team to be more engaged in their work? The Direct Connect Coaching Services will give you the tools to answer these important questions and give you a strategy to make that happen. Give yourself the advantage to directly connecting to an empowered you.
