DIMDIŅI company farms around 420 hectares of cabbage (mostly), as well as Chinese cabbage and cauliflower. Most of the cabbage is processed producing Sauerkraut, Stewed sauerkrauts, Pickled Cabbage and Marinated Cabbage Salad. The Company also markets fresh cabbage. Since DIMDIŅI began being a cabbage grower in 1992, they have put lots of effort and attention into the selection and research of cabbage breeds.
