DiMar Group is an Italian leader actor in the leather goods sector based in Alta Tuscia region. The company – whose values, among others, are quality, reliability, and punctuality – manufactures for international top luxury brands. DiMar Group has grown of 25% per year, over the last 5 years; in 2014 the revenue of the company has increased of 46%, and the satellite activities has grown up to about 600 artisans. Today, DiMar Group is the most advanced and industrialized Italian leather goods manufacture. The DiMar Group is now organized in three entities: IPV, Bottega Pieffe and Cover. The company is structured in order to dedicate each of its facility to a specific brand. DiMar Group manages the product in each of its phase, from the cutting, to the preparation till the assembling phase. It does the modeling, the production, quality control, testing and shipping of the final product. The remaining phases of the production are carried out by exclusive sub-contractors. The know-how of the company is enriched by the logistic organizational skill in leather production. It has developed a sophisticated “timings and methods” scheme, from micro-phases time measuring to the elaboration of the same, in order to balance their resources. Similarly, strength and efficiency of the company are given by the deep knowledge and newly-developed layout of manufacturing plants. Furthermore DiMar Group has experience and deep knowledge of CAD programs for industrialization and, of development methodology for automation. The company continues to invest in last generation machineries which, coupled with the crafting skills of its artisans, ensures top quality products.
