DiLT Analytics is a Deep-Tech Spin-Off from Graz University of Technology, based in Graz, Austria. Our product, FaciliMind, reads the BMS data your buildings already produce and automatically diagnoses HVAC faults — simultaneous heating and cooling, supply-temperature drift, schedules left active after a space was reconfigured, heat recovery running below design efficiency. For each one it names the fault, explains the likely cause and recommends the corrective action, prioritised so your team knows what to address first. Most monitoring tells you that consumption moved. It rarely tells you which unit, which valve or which setting caused it. That is where large portfolios quietly lose money: systems that keep running while operating incorrectly, for years, without ever tripping an alarm. FaciliMind is a diagnostic layer, not another platform. We plug into what you already have. Multi-brand coverage is standard.
