In most instances, the court cases date back 10+ years. For the privacy and security of our clients, any personal information that is given to Dilks & Knopik is strictly confidential. We do not sell or share any personal information to outside vendors and will only ask our clients to provide the personal information required for identification purposes. This information is shared with the federal holding agency and only used to recover the specified unclaimed funds. Dilks & Knopik makes it a point to be honest and upfront with our clients. No information pertinent to a case will be withheld from the client. It is imperative to us that our clients feel completely comfortable throughout the entire retrieval process. Any questions asked will be answered with integrity and in a timely manner. As a business, Dilks & Knopik charges a percentage of what is recovered from the unclaimed funds. We work completely on a contingency basis; no fee is required upfront and no fee is assessed if we are not successful in recovering the funds. All costs incurred in the recovery process are included in our fee and will be paid by Dilks & Knopik.
