For property claims, this results in 60 - 70% of the claims being settled instantly, as soon as the claim is assigned to the remote adjuster, saving the insurer time and money, while providing an ideal customer experience to the policyholder! The average accuracy is over 97% and the sketches are automatically converted into ".ESX" format for Xactimate or ".FML" for Claims Workspace (aka Claims Connect or Symbility) instantly, in SECONDS! The PreCogs: Uses Generative AI to prevent financial crime like fraud and money laundering, BEFORE they occur, by preemptively stopping such transactions from being completed, with 99.7% accuracy! The details and explanations are handed over to the financial institution's investigation team for further actions. This is driven by our 2 AI models, which we call our PreCogs, that can detect a potential financial crime in any transaction - ACH, wire, credit card, debit card, real-time payment or RTP, etc. - any currency, anywhere. Once a transaction is red-flagged by our PreCogs for potential financial crime, the transaction is paused and the explanation for flagging the transaction is handed over to the designated investigating team of the financial institution.
