DigiTour Media LLC Information

DigiTour Media is an emerging media and entertainment company, which creates and produces IRL (“in real life”) social media experiences in the form of concerts (DigiTours) and festivals (DigiFests). Viacom acquired a minority stake in DigiTour Media in October of 2015, following strategic investments from Ryan Seacrest and Advance Publications (parent company of Condé Nast) in 2014. DigiTour events feature the most well known social media personalities and traditional recording artists in the genres of pop, alternative rock, hip-hop and comedy. In 2015, over 200,000 fans attended DigiTour events across the U.S.. Companies such as Coca-Cola, Invisalign, Intel, Google, Universal Pictures, and Iconix Brand Group have sponsored and partnered with DigiTour to create integrated social campaigns. Founded in 2010 by Meridith Rojas and Christopher Rojas, DigiTour has since launched 12 tours and multiple sold out festivals receiving critical fan and media acclaim. DigiTour has made an indelible mark in the entertainment industry by changing the traditional concert platform and helped launch solid talent brands that have had the ability to bridge the gap between web and the mainstream. Billboard Magazine claimed hitting the road with DigiTour as one of the 6 steps to social superstardom. Nearly all 2015 Teen Choice nominees in the WebStar and Internet categories were DigiTour Alums. In 2015 DigiTour headliners won Grammy Awards, became best-selling authors, cracked the Billboard Top 10, and topped both the iTunes Music & Movie charts.
