Having started to provide mobile VAS for Telcos with just three computers, a coil of wires and crazy ideas some time ago, DSC gave an impulse to the establishment of several new diverse companies Simbrella, Kibrit and Tandem which have become well established leaders in mobile VAS, airtime loans, complex IT infrastructural implementations and consuting as well as creation of client services both in Azerbaijan and worldwide. Today DSC is a proven market leader in DCB, VAS, Apps and Call Center outsourcing for local and international telcos. We are seasoned product managers and new service enablers for MNO's that seek new revenues or product portfolio expansion.
