Digital School Network is a leading developer in the sports software arena. We have developed a line of statistics and scouting software that covers eight different sports, and is in use in thousands of high schools, colleges, and sporting organizations around the world. Mobile computing technology has always been a primary focus of our company, as it provides a convenient platform for users to acquire data in almost any location. As such, our products have always had handheld software components that complimented their desktop counterparts, working together to give the customer the easiest and best experience possible. By acquiring Schoolpointe, we added school web site hosting and design to our catalog of products offered. Each school in our Schoolpointe customer base enjoys cutting edge features with our easy to use content management system, which enables the schools to instantly add, change, or remove information on their web sites. We also undertook a project for the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) to modernize their data collection and management system into a web application. This application is used for contest scheduling, facilities management, generation of contracts for schools and officials, coaching and officiating certification, and scheduling and evaluation of officials across all of their sports and levels of competition. Digital School Network is headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. Our management team is led by Christopher Weeks, who spent 11 years with CBS SportsLine as manager of their fantasy sports product line. At the time of his departure, he had been integral in growing the fantasy audience in excess of 3.5 million users and revenues in excess of $30 million annually. He also led teams to execute strategic relationships established by CBS SportsLine that included NFL.com, PGATour.com, NCAAsports.com, PGAChampionships.com (2000) and SuperBowl.com (XXXV).
