Digital Harbour (Holdings) Pty Ltd was founded in 1999 and secured Development Rights for the 4.4 hectare precinct at Melbourne Docklands in December 2000. Our Board consists of five Directors from diverse backgrounds who represent the interests of the five company Shareholders. Paul Abrahams represents the major shareholding of the Liberman family company, a founding shareholder, JGL Investments Pty Ltd: Paul has a background in construction, project management and development management and brings extensive experience in the delivery of significant commercial projects. At JGL, Paul is responsible for all commercial property investments from development through to ongoing management. Russell Nisbet is a founding shareholder and represents the shareholding of his family company Serene Gold Pty Ltd: Russell is an Executive Director responsible for project management, technology and infrastructure. Russell has more than 25 years experience in large-scale commercial projects throughout Australia and South East Asia. His background includes the management of multi-disciplined engineering design and project management teams from project concept to completion of construction. David Napier is a founding shareholder and represents the shareholding of his family company Forty First Natro Pty Ltd: David is an Executive Director responsible for tenant procurement, building design concepts and project packaging. With over 30 years experience in the management and delivery of large-scale commercial projects throughout Australia and Asia, David brings to the management team an extensive architectural and property development background. Michael Kohn is a founding shareholder and represents the shareholding of his family company Mat-Tastic Pty Ltd: Michael was a partner in a leading Melbourne accountancy practice for more than 20 Years where he was in charge of the Corporate Private Client Practice. He has advised businesses ranging from start-ups to multi-national corporations on a diverse range of issues. More recently, Michael completed his legal training and joined Cornwall Stodart as a lawyer. Andrew Schwartz is the Managing Director and one of the founders of Qualitas, a shareholder in Digital Harbour (Holdings) Pty Ltd. He sets the strategic direction for the Qualitas business and is responsible for overseeing the group's activities, transaction origination and managing Qualitas' key relationships. With over 25 years in investment banking and financial services, Andrew has deep expertise in asset financing, cross border real estate financing, project financing, acquisitions and as an advisor.
